my cat is suddenly walking around with his head down and he won't lift it and he is also laying around alot, should I be worried? one more thing when he is hot he pants heavily.

Is he an indoor/outdoor cat? Did he suddenly appear this way, or has he worked into it over a couple days?

Does his walking seem normal, otherwise?

Is he panting hard now, like it may be related to the head problem, or are you just mentioning it? (panting is unusual for a cat, unless there is a significant discomfort besides heat. How hot is it?)

Have you tried to raise his head? if so, what happened?
