my cat is diabetic and has not eaten today and not drank water it has vomitted a while after i put water into its mouth   should i give it its insulin

No, do not give your cat its insulin and because it is vomiting you need to take him to the emergency center to have his blood sugar tested. The reason he isn't eating needs to be determined.

Can you let me know how old your cat is?

What dosage of insulin is he on?

How long has it actually been see he last ate?

Has he been vomiting?

Is he on any other medications?

If he received his insulin this morning then his glucose may be running too low. Try and rub some karo syrup on his gums to see if he starts to act any better. He really needs to see a veterinarian tonight as something more serious could be occurring including renal disease and liver failure.
