My Cat has recently gotten very sensitive to his tail being touched. When I touch his tail it feels very bumpy, but I cant get it long enough to look under the hair to see if it is anything visible. He also goes into spurts of whipping his tail around and trying to get it. It seems like maybe something is bothering him with it. What could be going on with him?
