My cat is 15 years old and has a problem with urinating ...

My cat is 15 years old and has a problem with urinating on the bathroom rugs only. She has a clean litter box and nothing else has been changed. could she be fogetting things she also needs to know where we are and lays at my feet alot besides crying only till you call her to let her know where we are. other then that she is a very health in door only cat and always has been. e-mail XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX Thanks
