My cat is in overall in good health he is 9 years old. He just vomited its basically made up of the food he ate. And his eyes are very watery. My question is should I give him more food and water now or should i wait and anything else I should do?

No you need to wait and allow the intestional tract to recover for a couple of hours, then start with a couple of tablespoons of water to see if this is tolerable. Then you should feed a bland diet of cooked rice and/or boiled chicken or beef for the next 1-2 days until he is feeling a little better and then switch back to his regular diet.

Yes this is fine as long as you allow his intestional tract to recover as the Rice and Lamb formula is pretty bland. If he is not able to tolerate this though then switch to the bland diet for the next 1-2 days and this will allow for proper healing of his intestional tract.
