There could be a couple of problems. Because of her age she may be having digestive problems with her food. She may have developed IBS which is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The body isn't processing its food like it used to. She may have to have a special diet to get this problem resolved. She might have picked up a bacterial infection in the bowels which can also cause the diarrhea, having a stool check done on her will help determine the cause. Because of her age I wouldn't want to wait too long since this can cause her to become dehydrated and that could lead to other problems. You can try using immodium on her and see if that helps. You can give her 1/2 teaspoon about every 6 to 8 hours for 2 to 3 doses and see if that gives her any relief.
