Hi,
I share your concern for your pet. What kind of odor does your cat have to its breath? If it is sweet or like "nail polish remover", that's cause for concern and she needs to be seen ASAP. That kind of odor indicates either diabetes or renal (kidney) issues. If it's something else then it could be dental disease which is not an emergency (usually).
As far as her eyes, it sounds like an upper respiratory infection. She could have gotten this post-vaccine if it's been within a week. Some cats will experience and increase in signs from the vaccine. You should take her rectal temperature (with a rectal thermometer). If it's over 102.5, she has a fever. Upper respiratory infections are often caused by a herpes or similar virus. The cat can be a carrier for the virus and it results in persistent disease at times of stress.
I would definitely have her seen - she needs treatment. Eyes are something I consider an "urgent" matter as they can go from mildly affected to serious in a matter of a day.
