My cat is around 15 years old. He is diabetic but otherwise healthy. He was fine this morning but tonight he was lethargic, slightly lame on one side and hadn't drank any water all day. He seemed to be in a fog. When he tries to stand, he tips to the one side.
Could he have had a stroke? Lyme disease? My vet is open in the morning but I'm looking for advise now. Thank you
