We recently moved and I did a lot of research on how to move my cat and help him adjust (he is 3 years old). Since moving in to the house 3 weeks ago, he has cried day in and day out. After about 3 nights of getting up with him and trying to figure out his problem, we gave up and just put everything in the basement and shut the door. I felt horrible about it, but it seemed like the only way that my husband and I would be able to get any sleep. I am very concerned about since this behavior is very uncommon for him (he has full bowls and a littler box that he has barely touched). Usually I know his cries and can get him to stop. We have tried everthing and are now at loss. Any advise would be VERY helpful.
