My cat is in remission with cancer for five years now.

My cat is in remission with cancer for five years now. She had an infection about 2 weeks ago, bladder or urinary tract. was on antibiotics for 14 days. white cell count is almost back to normal. But x-rays showed two very big kidney stones. vet says not to worry about it for now, lets get rid of the infection. Should I be worrying? My e-mail is Fitwithlisat@aol.com

Is the kitty able to urinate OK? If she is able to urinate then you need t do what the vet says and clear up the infection first. This is very important. If she gets totally blocked and cannot urinate then they have no option but to go in and remove the stones without waiting. How old is the cat?
