my cat has for the last 2 months been getting a lump first she got it under her chin she scratched it and pus and blood came out, then over her right ear same type of lump now she has it on her right jaw is this treatable or is it fatal? And can this be passed on to her kittens or humans?

Once the lumps open and drain, do they go away, or does she just keep more of them?
