Yes, her whiskers will grow back. If she is an inside cat only, there is no real problem. If she is accustomed to going outside, you may want to reconsider allowing her out until they regrow. Cats use their whiskers as sensors to determine the width of any opening they may try to enter. They extend their whiskers straight out to the sides after dark and when they are hunting and exploring. They sense that if the whiskers come in contact with something, it may be too small and entrap them. She shouldn't be allowed outside, unsupervised, until they fully grow back.
