My 4 year old female cat just vomited a green liquid ...

My 4 year old female cat just vomited a green liquid (assuming bile) for the first time that I am aware of. She even just turned down Fancy Feast, a treat she only gets once a week. There are no poisons in a accessible area in the house or anything of the like laying around. Is this normal???
