My 15 mos. old cat threw up watery blood last night. He was laying around like his stomach hurt all night long. This morning he is acting normal and eating regulary. Is anything seriously wrong?

What did your cat eat just prior to vomiting?
Does he every chew non food items?
Is there any chance he has worms?
