She shows no signs of injury she just drinks a little water and has some trouble breathing she cannot even meow like she used too. It happened suddenly now she just sits in one place and although she can walk it is very slowly

How old is your cat? Could she have eaten anything toxic? OPen her mouth and see what color the gums, see if something is in her mouth.
Touch her gently on the head, throat, tummy, back and legs. Is she using the litter box? Touch her by the bladder and see if she cries.
