My cat Ratchell was the mut of a litter and had an eye irritant when I brought her home. She gave birth to five two weeks ago.   All but one has an even more serious eye infection. Theirs is more mucas looking, more infection looking, yellow snot in color. Each morning their eyes are dried shut with the stuff. I clean their eyes three times a day with fresh warm water. The symptoms have not decreased at all.
Unfortunately I do not have the cash to bring them all to a vet in town. Is there anything else I can do to help clear the infection?
