We have a cat that recently gave birth to 4 healthy kittens. They are now 5 months old. I came home yesterday and found one paralized in his back leggs. I took him to the vet and had 2 images taken, both came back with no visable skeletal damage. The vet gave him a steroid shot and sent me home with steroid pills. I noticed about 3 days ago that he was not gaining weight like the other kittens and was more dependent on his mothers milk. The night before I found him he was playing with the other kittens. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with this sweet little kitten. I do not want to see him put to sleep.
