Your best bet to start is to feed him a bland diet of cooked rice and/or boiled chicken or beef which can help with the vomiting and diarrhea as well. You need to do this for the next 1-2 days to see if this will help with the vomiting and diarrhea as well as give him some pedialyte to help reduce the risk of dehydration. If this does not seem to help with these symptoms then your best bet would be to try and have him seen and if you cannot afford it check into the low cost clinics in your area as they are alot cheaper. If none are available then go to www.carecredit.com and apply for emergency financial assistance for pet emergencies through them as this would allow you to be able to have him seen and make payments monthly for the cost.

If he has hookworms then this could cause diarrhea and vomiting as well. You can by some dewormer at your local pet store make sure it has Pyrantel Pamoate or Fenbendazole in it as these are the active agents that can kill the hookworms. In severe cases fluids and hospitalization is necessary so get this as soon as possible and montior him closely and keep fluids in him as this is important as well as the diet. If you see a worsening of the signs such as lethargic behavior or the inability to eat or drink have him seen right away. Ask the pet store for the strongest they have since he is so sick already.
