My 10 year old female spayed cat is ill today. She doesn't seem to be able to keep anything in her stomach, including water, and this started this morning before I got up and before she got outside at all. She is a 90% indoor cat by her preference. There is a a little color of blood to as she gets out the last bit from some water. I have seen some grass in it earlier, and a bit more grass just a bit ago. She definetely doesn't feel well, huddling near the tub and other uncommon spots. There isn't anything unusual or toxic in the house she could have gotten into. What could be the possible ailments for this? I'm trying to research it on-line.

The most likely ailment with these symtoms is pancreatitis. This can come on suddenly in a ten year old, especially if she ate any people food.
Other possibilites are severe stomacitis, impacted hair, liver or kidney issues. She may also have an abcessed tooth.
Whenever a senior cat hides, huddles, vomits or does not eat it is cause for concern because her immune system is not equpped to handle any issues or to go without food.
If you have an ER vet in your area, I would highly advise you to have her looked at ASAP.
Please let me know if you have any more questions. I will be more than happy to try and help.
