What is the best thing to feed a cat that is throwing up?

she is a small 6 pound cat, about 10 years old)that has had stomach issues in the past (a surgery when she was about 2 to remove a picture backing she had eaten).

We feed her fancy feast and she has access to dry food also. My wife was wonderin what we could feed her that would help her digestion.

Reply to Terri Riba's Post: Hard to tell if she is keeping anything down...she seems to be havng diarrhea and all of this has been within the last 24 hours.
She has thrown up twice as far as I know...
