my cat is due to give birth she started having slight ...

my cat is due to give birth
she started having slight spotting last ight
this morning she started having clear liquid discharge but no kittens yet
i have not seen any contractions but i am checking in every 15 minutes or so
does she need to go to the emergency vet?
