My 13 year old short hair cat has recently developed dandruff.   I'm not sure if theyre related but last week i found 3 bald spots on his back near his butt. 2 of them ar right across from each other with his spine passing inbetween. If i touch one of these spots he starts licking. Not anything in particular just sticks his tongue out and licks air sometimes or himself. Is this an old age thing? Or can he take medicine for it? Whats wrong with him?
