My problem is that I feed a number of cats (outside), so I don't know which one is doing this. My cat is a spayed female. I have a dish that is always full of food on a stainless steel table in my garage. One of the cats is leaving a small area of urine in front of the dish every morning. I clean it up each day, but without fail, theres a little puddle every day. WHAT CAN I DO??? it's driving me nuts!!

I would scrub the table with a product called feliway. It has cat pheramones and will deter them from peeing in an area. This should help with your problem.

If not, you can reasonably assume that one of them may have urinary issues and then they need urine cultures.

Let me know if you still have questions.

I don't want my cat to leave, this Feliway cleaner will not cause her to leave will it? It sounds like a dumb question to ask.

No. It won't make her leave. Cats have scent glands in their whiskers. If there is a place where they have rubbed their face, they will not pee there. So, Feliway mimics the scent of them having rubbed their face in the area. This makes them want to keep it clean and not pee on it.

Make sense?
