I have a cat which we have taken to the vet several times ...

I have a cat which we have taken to the vet several times for urinating outside the litterbox. The vet advised initially that it is a urinary tract problem and prescribed meds for that. But it continued as a problem and they said that it is stress related (which we cannot figure out what from) and he has been given a form of prozac. It continues to be a problem and we do not know what else to do?

What medication was dispenced? How long did your cat take it? Does he deficate in his box? Any blood in his urine or straining? Do you have any other pets?
