My cat has been laying around for days. Then one day he had an accident on the couch twice which is not like him, and today I found blood coming out of his back side. He sleeps in the litter box, will not move and goes back when I put him somewhere else. He seems like he is eating, but does not seem like he is going to the bathroom. What could be wrong?
