My 4 yo cat has had smelly, excessive drooling for the last week. He has also had weightloss though he has a small appetite for canned and some hard cat food, dermatitis with scabby skin and hair loss, some vomiting, and is lethargic though very cuddly. What do you make of this? He belonged to someone who wanted to put him to sleep a year ago for being a "bad" house cat, so I brought him home. My husband is old-school and grew up on a farm, but I love my baby and want to save him. Any ideas? My husband recently ended a long strike and we're still short on cash for vet tests.

Optional Information:
Age: 4; Female; Breed: Domestic Short Hair Feline

Already Tried:
Keeping him hyydrated, eating, cuddling him when he wants it, giving him quiet room to rest.
