my friend's cat swallowed 1 inbuprofen tablet (standard size - not sure of exact mg.) He is trying to get him to throw up and it's not happening. How worried should he be about this level in his cat?
He needs to give the cat 2-3 tsp of peroxide by mouth. This will bring up the contents of his stomach.
He should be pretty worried and should go ahead and give the vet a call if he can't get it back up.
Let me know if you still have questions.
