Feline adult unable to vocalize

my adult female cat inable to vocalize and has difficulty swallowing. should i be concerned?
The onset was swift. Symptoms are raspy almost non existant vocalization and difficulty swollowing.

There is not fever or other sign of infection and she appears healthy otherwise.
