CAT'S HEALTH
Sent to Cat Experts August 09 11:23 AM

HI, MY CAT IS ABOUT 12 YEARS OLD AND UP TILL NOW HAS BEEN IN GOOD HEALTH. HE IS A HOUSE PET AND DOES NOT GO AROUND OTHER PETS. JUST TWO DAYS AGO I NOTICED HIS INCREASE IN DRINKING WATER AND URINATING. OTHER THAN THAT HE LOOKS FINE AND HE SEEMS TO EAT WELL. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

This could be a problem with his kidneys or he might be developing diabetes.
Your vet can check him out and do some bloodwork to find out exactly what is wrong.
At his age a geriatric check up is a good idea anyhow and with the new behavior I strongly suggest the vet checks him and does bloodwork.
Hope this helps you!
