my cat has green smlly and mostly runny poo. what is this from

My cat hasnt been eating properly for weeks after i gave him a can of fish cat food, and has green smelly poo and is mostly runny. he also sneazes abit, last week i noticed that there was a brown substance and that there was a sticky foam substance around where ever he had been.
