my cat is acting funny now that shes outside

My indoor cat has recently put outside and now she has stuff around her mouth and she is making sucking noises.Its mors like her jaw is jerking.She also looks skinnier, and shes only been outside for about a week and a half now...She even sits funny and when she had a bowel movement it looked as if their was tissue in her poop..please help...
