Why is my cat urinating on my bed?

I have 4 cats; 2 are around 10 years old; 1 is 5 and the last one is less than 1 year old. For the past few weeks, I've come home from work to find that one of them has urinated on my bed. The litter boxes (4) have been in the same place since day 1 and they are cleaned out each day and fresh litter put in them weekly. The litter is the same. I don't know which cat is doing this, but I suspect the youngest one. It has now become a daily habit. Nothing in my home has changed. Please help!
