It's a stray cat that's been around for about 2 years and her frame appears to be larger. She is not pregnant and there is no swelling. I worked for a vet for a short time and I thought thatI recalled that a large head was a indicator for a disease and I'm thinking it was called tom cat disease?

Are you saying that one day her head was the normal and the next day it it swollen? What is the general condition of the cat? How do the eyes look?
