What should we do?

My roommate and I heard a crash in the hallway. When we went to check it out, we found Jade, a white longhaired calico female, lying in the hallway. The closet door was off the track and seemed to be lying on top of her. Although we think she may have fallen out of the closet, we dont know exactly, but she immediately lost all control of her bowels and urinary muscles. She now seems to be very weak constantly meows as if she were in pain. There are no vets open at 3:00 in the morning here. What should we do?
